Excellent water slides and friendly, helpful staff.

Walls of room were dirty.

This is a great kid hotel. Their service at the front desk was excellent and they went out of their way to serve us. The room had one wall that needed cleaned. It looked as if someone spilled or splashed something on it and housekeeping did not want to address it. The staff provided donuts and games for our snow-bound family. Rooms could use some updating.

This will be a must-stop on our frequent family road trips to see family. Perfect for kids, with the little water park and bonus that they get free breakfast! The hotel is very large, making it a bit like a maze, but ample signage helps. The rooms were great. Comfy and clean beds, free internet access, good TV channel selection. The only criticism I had was with the bathroom which, although clean, could use some updating (e.g. tile and grout). ...read more

The Lobby and the staff were great, most of all the cleanliness.

The elevator was far from the lobby, made it difficult as I am in pain most of time and the hotel was hard to get to. We had to circle behind.

The hotel was great, the bed was very comfortable, the room was very clean and the staff was very courteous and friendly.
